On April 7th, the "Technology Makes Consumers Rest at ease" - Visiting Qixin Group's Digital Construction Journey event hosted by Consumer Reports was held at Qixin Group in Shenzhen. This event was attended by over 30 representatives from various levels of consumer committees, mainstream media, and consumers in Guangdong Province. The members of the inspection team walked into the headquarters of Qixin Group to learn about the digital transformation of traditional stationery brands and the achievements of technological innovation empowering product upgrades.

During the exchange session of the symposium, Qin Shuo, Vice President and Editor in Chief of Consumer Reports, stated in his speech that it is very rare for Qixin Group to embrace the digital revolution and provide high-quality products and services to consumers and the market. He also mentioned that Qixin's innovation in product development has injected vitality into the industry.

During the communication session, He Lingzi, a representative of the Guangdong Provincial Consumers' Committee, raised her own questions about how Qixin Group can build a product quality inspection system and standardized processes that reassure consumers. Deng Jingguo, Director of Quality Management Department of Qixin Group, introduced that while following the national quality management system standards, Qixin also has a strict quality control system. In the 2022 product sampling, the qualification rate of Qixin products was 100%.
On site, consumer representatives proposed to Qixin that upgrading the consumer experience is crucial. Zhuang Hong, a product consultant at Qixin Group, pointed out that continuously exploring and addressing consumer pain points is the original intention of Qixin in developing products. He shared design ideas using products such as original PP cover books and anti lodging file boxes as examples. These products have respectively solved user pain points such as easy damage to the cover of this book and easy tipping of the archive box, improving the user experience during the use process.
In the discussion about the rejuvenation of brands and products, Chen Yi, the product design director of Qixin Cultural Creativity, stated that in recent years, Qixin Cultural Creativity has taken "inheriting and disseminating Chinese culture" as its mission. Through co branding with IP that carries Chinese cultural characteristics, Qixin Cultural Creativity showcases the essence of traditional culture through creative design, and achieves emotional links with consumers through youthful and interesting products.
